We understand that granting access to site can be a cause for concern and that you need to keep your business running and mitigate the risk of infection. Penny Hydraulics share these same issues, and it is exactly why we’ve been very careful and thoughtful about how we manage our installation, maintenance and sales teams to protect your business and our colleagues.

Sales Enquiries

Our Sales Account Managers continue to work and are contactable via phone, email and video calls. Site visits are available (where absolutely necessary) where we will adhere to your Covid-19 procedures. If a site visit is necessary, our Sales Account Managers are provided with the appropriate PPE to keep them safe and to mitigate the risk of infection.

Vehicle Mounted Lifting Equipment, Goods Lift and Lighting Winching Systems, customers can also make use of our ‘Configurators’ which enable them to find out the right product for their requirements by answering a few simple questions. Tender documents continue to be completed in a business as usual fashion.

Design / Fabrication

Our design teams also continue working, where possible from home, to ensure that the lifting solution you require is suitable for the space and the application.

Our fabricators continue to work on creating your equipment whilst observing the Company’s social distancing and Covid-19 policy.

Service / Maintenance Visits and On-Site Installation

Our Service Engineers are fully operational and available to install and maintain your equipment to keep you safe and compliant with legal regulations. Each Service Engineer has been issued with appropriate PPE to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19. Our support team can conduct Risk Assessments for their visits if required, when on-site the engineer will follow our Covid-19 policies and will adhere to your procedures when visiting site. Vehicle Mounted Crane Installation

The Vehicle Mounted Lifting Equipment teams continue to install our range of cranes and hydraulic loading platforms in our workshop. The introduction of measures to enforce social distancing, cleanliness and a COVID-safe workplace has enabled us to continue to work safely throughout the pandemic. We have altered our rules for people dropping off and collecting vehicles and you will be made aware of this at the point of booking your fitment slot.
