Concept Bespoke Interiors are anexclusive developmentcompany, based in West London on the A4 corridor. They pride themselves on meeting complex demands effortlessly, their moto being ‘Whatever is desirable is deliverable’.They undertake bespoke, high end but cost effective property construction irrespective of constraints.
Concept Bespoke Interiors ordered a Penny Hydraulics 500kg capacity MezzPro MezzLift in 2014 to lift bespoke furniture at their Brentford facility. The specialist goods lift design engineers specified a surface-mounted design avoiding costly and time-consuming structural changes to the building commonly associated with pit-fitted installations and instead the compact, free-standing design maximises useable floor space in the premises, perfect when space is at a premium as in this case.
The MezzPro has 2000mm high double gates at both levels. Lifts are electrically interlocked and have constant pressure control buttons at both levels.
With UK design and manufacturing in house, the customer was able to specify a standard brochure good lift, with some minor design tweaks, helping to keep costs down. The platform in this case was a bespoke size to suit the furniture being moved.
The 500kg capacity mezzanine floor goods lift was designed and manufactured to the relevant European regulations and carried the CE mark. Penny Hydraulics goods lift engineers to carried out the rapid installation which only took 2 working days to complete.
Mr Omar Evans has recently again been in touch to discuss an exciting new project with the goods lift team. The new project is alower capacity lift (250kg) but the new mezzanine floor lift is to operate over 3 floors; the ground floor, a first level mezzanine floor and a second level mezzanine floor. The Penny Hydraulics goods lift team look forward to getting this installed in the future.
