The Maxi Desford Leg is designed for heavy duty applications. It is available in a number of configurations from 406-914mm closed height corresponding to 203-610mm stroke providing a full range of capabilities in most locations. The legs have performance capabilities from 50 tonnes at 138 bar (2000psi) to 125 tonnes at 345 bar (5000psi). A full range of extensions is available.

The Midi Desford Leg is designed for medium duty application and versatility where increased portability may be required. The standard configuration has a 610mm closed height with 305mm stroke. Working pressure of 345 bar (5000psi) delivers a rated pushing performance of 70 tonnes. A selection of extensions and caps is available while an integrated handle helps with carrying and positioning of the leg.

The Mini Desford Leg is the lightest and smallest in the Penny Hydraulics range and offers similar performance to the Midi model. It has a closed height of 610mm and 305mm stroke which means it can be used in the smallest spaces inside the mine. Working pressure of 345 bar (5000psi) delivers a rated pushing performance of 70 tonnes. A selection of extensions and caps is available while an integrated handle helps with carrying and positioning of the leg.
